These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of https://join.uzmate.com/ (the “Site”), operated by Ebright Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202101030304 (1430604-A)) (“Ebright”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting the registration form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is for
The Site allows parents and legal guardians to register interest in an Ebright public speaking trial class for children. Submitting the form is a registration of interest, not a confirmed booking — our team will contact you (normally via WhatsApp within 24 hours) to confirm availability, schedule and payment details.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child you are registering. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide the child’s details.
3. The RM80 trial class offer
The trial class is offered at RM80 (regular value RM150) for a limited time. The offer is subject to seat availability at your chosen branch, is limited to one trial per child, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Payment terms and methods will be confirmed by our team when your slot is scheduled. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to arrange an alternative slot.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false or third-party information without authorisation, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site, or using automated tools to submit forms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Ebright name, logo, text, images and design — belongs to Ebright Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://join.uzmate.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the Site accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ebright shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published at https://join.uzmate.com/terms-of-use with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
