1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the registration form, we collect your name, your child’s name and age group, your WhatsApp number, your email address, your preferred branch and your preferred class type. We may verify your WhatsApp number with a one-time code (OTP) to confirm it is genuine.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies — including Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and TikTok Pixel — to measure how visitors reach and use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This may include your IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: (a) contact you via WhatsApp, phone or email to confirm and schedule your child’s trial class; (b) allocate your child to a suitable class at your chosen branch; (c) respond to your enquiries; (d) measure and improve our website and advertising; and (e) comply with our legal obligations. We do not send you marketing unrelated to Ebright, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. How your information is stored

Form submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) and stored in our internal systems, which include services provided by Google (such as Google Workspace and Google Sheets) used solely for managing trial class registrations. Access is limited to authorised Ebright staff and the service providers who operate these systems on our behalf.

4. Google API Services

Where the Site or our internal tools access data through Google API Services, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use such access to store and manage trial class registrations, and we do not transfer, sell or use this data for advertising purposes.

5. Sharing of information

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our registration process — such as web hosting, WhatsApp messaging, and analytics/advertising platforms (Google, Meta and TikTok, in aggregated or pseudonymous form for measurement) — and with the Ebright branch you select, so they can arrange your child’s trial class. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. Children’s information

Information about children (name and age group) is provided to us by a parent or legal guardian for the purpose of arranging a trial class. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

We keep registration data for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and, if your child enrols, your relationship with Ebright, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to its processing, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions but will not prevent you from submitting the registration form.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published at https://join.uzmate.com/privacy-policy with an updated effective date.
